The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A Leadership Fable
I had to read this for work. :|It's fine for what it is, but I'm not stupid. Not for one second did I think this was just a story; I knew there was a long, drawn-out lesson to be learned. And, if I'm honest, I'd rather you just tell me the damned lesson and not make me read a fable about it. I guess the fable is the spoonful of sugar to help the lessons go down.
