Why so many italics, Emily Giffin? I get the point without having to see those slanted words.Seriously, almost every page - I'd even guess 90% - has something in italics. (And yes, I'm using these italics to be annoying).
Oh, and I wanted to smack the girl in the story, too. I couldn't relate or appreciate her predicament at all.
