The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo - Stieg Larsson Maybe it's me. Maybe I'm not smart enough to follow the politics of this book. Or maybe I'm just not cultured enough to keep up with it all.
Or perhaps it's not me. Maybe this book is just a teeny tiny bit boring and a tad hoity-toity.
I'm not done yet, but I'm close. Even as I near the final chapters, I still couldn't care less about the killer or the motive.

ETA: Now that I've finished the book, I still feel the same. And even though the novel ends with a sort of cliffhanger, you won't find me clamoring to read the next book, searching for the resolution I'd normally be looking for.
I guess dragon tattoos just aren't my thing.
